At 17thandRiggs.com, we take pride in our high quality lighting and furniture products.  Our most important objective is to make certain you receive a product you are delighted with. 

If an item has been damaged in transit, please notify us right away at info@17thandRiggs.com.  Please be certain to inspect the shipment upon receipt.  We will coordinate replacement of the damaged item.  Note: please notify us within two business days of receipt of any damage to your order. 

If you should wish to return an item for any other reason, returns in their original packaging are accepted within 30 days of purchase, less a 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the original order to you.  Please email us at info@17thandRiggs.com to request a Return Authorization Number, which we will provide to you along with shipping instructions.  You will be responsible for return shipping/packing costs and we recommend that you insure the package against damage.  Your refund will be processed when the item has been received in our warehouse.    

No returns are accepted after 30 days.
