We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise and do our best to ensure your items arrive safely.  We will replace your purchases for manufacturer's defects or damage incurred during shipping.  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise cost less a 20% restocking fee in the same form as the original payment type. After 30 days, we will replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer's defects only. Please send return item using a prepaid, insured, traceable method for a prompt refund or exchange.
